Throwing Bag is an active item from the Epiphany mod. This item is currently exclusive to 
Tarnished Cain and it's his starting item, but it can be unlocked by obtaining all of the character's Completion Marks.
Effects
Throwing Bag has two effects:
- When used normally, it recalls all bags Tarnished Cain has thrown and are laying on the floor.
- When used while Tarnished Cain is
holding an item above his head, it will "bag" the item, which won't be added to the character's build, but it will give it an additional half of a throwable bag. The new bag will gain properties and synergies depending on the bagged item.
Throwing Bag's cooldown starts from 4 seconds and scales with the amount of throwable bags Tarnished Cain owns.
When held by a character that isn't Tarnished Cain, using Throwing Bag will switch between firing tears and swinging the bag.

Spirit Sword - Thrown bag gains piercing, extra bounces, increased damage and shoots magic sword projectiles
Lost Contact - While swinging, the bag will block projectiles; every blocked projectile lowers its damage multiplier by 0.1, and the swing is canceled when it hits 0%
Tiny Planet - Bag gains 2 more bounces; rock tears orbit around it and may shoot them in random directions
Jacob's Ladder - The bag creates electric sparks while launched
Neptunus - The bag leaves a trail of tears and when hitting something spits a lot of them
Rubber Cement - The bag bounces more times before ending its flight
Mom's Knife - The bag pierces through enemies and deals x3 damage
Death's Touch - The bag pierces through enemies and deals x1.5 more damage
Mysterious Liquid - The bag leaves a toxic trail of creep and creates a big puddle of it upon hitting anything

Damocles - Future bags get the effects of an extra item which doesn't take a bag item slot, but Isaac has a 20% chance to die when taking damage while Damocles bag is in the bag queue
Holy Water - Upon hitting an enemy, creates a holy water freezing puddle
Lachryphagy - The bag leaves a trail of Lachryphagy tears
Polyphemus - Increases size and damage of the bag, pierces enemies, but with each enemy pierced, the damage decrease
Proptosis - The longer the bag flies, the less damage it deals
A Lump Of Coal - The longer the bag flies, the more damage it deals
Curse of the Tower - Chance to put a bomb inside the bag while spinning it
Death Certificate - Upon hitting an enemy, the bag has a 1% chance to spawn a pedestal item, which will increase every time the bag hits an enemy. If it spawns an item or the chance hits 100%, the chance resets.
Regular Item Synergies
- Brimstone - Whenever the bag is swung, a Brimstone ring will appear around Isaac that deals his damage
- Dr. Fetus - Spawns a small
Bomb upon hitting anything - Neptunus - When swinging the bag, tears will be fired in a spiraling pattern
- Tech. 5 - Fires tech 5 laser from Isaac when throwing the bag, which can have random effects (Rubber Cement,Tiny planet, etc)
- Mom's Knife - Upon hitting something with rock projectiles, knives with infinite range that pierce through anything and deal massive damage also fly out
- Ipecac - Upon hitting something, the bag spits Ipecac tears
- Tech X - While swinging the bag, spawns a damaging Tech X ring around Isaac
- Technology 2 - Cain fires a Technology 2 laser non stop in the direction he's looking at when swinging the bag
- Epic Fetus - Rocks dropped from the bag are replaced by flying rockets
- The Ludovico Technology - Creates a tear that can be moved by swinging and throwing bags, similar to the Forgotten synergy
- Trisagion - Rocks spilled from the bag are replaced by 3 trisagion shots
- Spoon Bender - Rocks dropped from the bag home in on enemies
- Lost Contact - Rocks dropped from the bag can block projectiles
