Adds a section link to the specified text.

Usage

This template is used by entering: {{anchor{{#fornumargs: i | v | |[[#|]]= }}}}

Parameters

unnamed parameter 1

The id of the link.

unnamed parameter 2 (optional)

The content of the tag.

Defaults to the id of the link.

Can be set to an empty string to leave the tag empty.
