Trinkets

Trinkets are a special collectible that provide a passive effect while held. In most circumstances, only one Trinket can be held at a time.

Epiphany introduces 9 different Trinkets into the game as of Wave 6.

Dad's Wallet		"It looks empty"	Increases the chance for Nickels and Dimes to spawn Coins have a lower chance of spawning	Defeat Mother as Tarnished Isaac.
Mom's Grief		"The sound of a breaking heart"	Taking fatal damage removes the trinket, prevents damage, and grants +3 Broken Hearts	Defeat Mother as Tarnished Magdalene.
Black Powder Key		"Uncover her secrets"	While held, allows access to the Boss Rush even after the 20 minute mark.	Defeat Mother as Tarnished Cain.
Hell's Eye		"Window to the damned soul"	Tears have a 5% chance to spawn a Purgatory ghost on impact with an enemy.	Defeat Mother as Tarnished Judas.
New Ropes		"Become weak as any other man"	Lowers the player's damage stat by 1.5 and tears stat by 0.5 Becomes Snapped Ropes after clearing at least 12 rooms	Defeat Mother as Tarnished Samson.
Snapped Ropes		"You have been making a fool of me..."	Increases the player's damage stat by 1.5 and tears stat by 0.5. Can only be obtained from New Ropes	Defeat Mother as Tarnished Samson.
Paper Airplane		"§ÿ³„Ñ à§ÿ³„Õاÿ³„ÁÂÖ"	Entering a hostile room has a 25% chance to replace all enemies within with Glitched Gapers	Defeat Mother as Tarnished Eden.
Ectoplasm		"Paranormal horrors"	Tears have a luck-based chance to apply fear to enemies Enemies inflicted with fear take damage every second	Defeat Mother as Tarnished Lost.
Lucky Cat		"$$$ = Luck"	Increases the player's Luck stat based on how many coins they have Caps at +7 Luck as 99 coins	Defeat Mother as Tarnished Keeper.
