Hearts	Coins	Keys	Cards	Essences	Dice Capsules	Chests

Pickups are minor consumable items found throughout the game. These includes hearts, coins, keys, bombs, cards and pills.

Epiphany adds several new pickups unlocked by obtaining Achievements as Tarnished characters, completing Challenges, or are simply spawned by other items.

All pickups in Epiphany are listed here. For further information on a specific pickup, refer to the pages listed above.

Tasty Penny		Gives a penny if at full health. If not, heals one instead	2% chance to replace a penny.	Complete Pool!
Multitool		Can be used to unlock any non-story locked door, chest or secret room, even those not normally opened with keys	2% chance to replace a key.	Defeat Mega Satan as Tarnished Cain
Queen of Hearts?		Spawns 12 broken hearts on use. Any broken hearts taken grant a permanent damage up. Entering a new floor removes 1 broken heart given by the card	Is a type of Card.	Defeat Ultra Greedier as Tarnished Magdalene
Two of Suits?		Halves your amount of the selected consumable type and adds a third of the removed number to every other consumable type.	Is a type of Card	Defeat Ultra Greedier as Tarnished Judas
Essence of Isaac		Removes 1 item of player's choice from their inventory and spawns 3 item pedestals, only one of which can be taken. Spawned item's quality have a chance to be higher or lower than the consumed item's.	Is a type of Rune	Defeat Boss Rush and Hush as Tarnished Isaac
Essence of Magdalene		Fires a barrage of Cardiac Arrest shots. Damage of each shot increases as the barrage approaches its end.	Is a type of Rune	Defeat Boss Rush and Hush as Tarnished Magdalene
Essence of Cain		Reseals every chest and fixes every broken slot machine in the room.	Is a type of Rune	Defeat Boss Rush and Hush as Tarnished Cain
Essence of Judas		Turns up to 2 item pedestals in the room into a choice between an angel and a devil item. Taking one gives the player 2 broken hearts.	Is a type of Rune	Defeat Boss Rush and Hush as Tarnished Judas
Essence of Samson		Deals fake damage a random amount of times from 4 to 7, increasing the player's damage by +0.30 per hit for the rest of the floor.	Is a type of Rune	Defeat Boss Rush and Hush as Tarnished Samson
Essence of Eden		Converts pedestals in the room into an item that rerolls every room into the same quality, similar to Tarnished Eden's mechanic.	Is a type of Rune	Defeat Boss Rush and Hush as Tarnished Eden
Essence of The Keeper		Goldifies the room and applies a Midas Touch effect to all enemies in the room, lowering the player's luck for each one (-2 per item, -1 per trinket, -0.25 per pickup).	Is a type of Rune	Defeat Boss Rush and Hush as Tarnished Keeper
Essence of The Lost		Rerolls every pedestal item in the room and increases their quality, but each item has a 50% chance to disappear.	Is a type of Rune	Defeat Boss Rush and Hush as Tarnished Lost
Bagged Essence		Uses the associated character essence. If the character doesn't have any essence associated, it uses a random one.	Is a type of Rune	Use 20 Essences
Dice Capsules		Uses the associated Dice collectible.	Dice Machines	Defeat Mega Satan as Tarnished Isaac
Dusty Chest		Can be unlocked for a soul heart and commonly drops nickels or essences.	Is a type of Chest	Defeat Mega Satan as Tarnished Lost
