Hell's Eye

Hell's Eye is a trinket from the Epiphany mod. It is unlocked by defeating Mother as Tarnished Judas.

Effects

While held, Hell's Eye grants a 5% chance for fired tears to spawn a Purgatory ghost. Extra copies give an extra 5% each and the % also scales with your luck stat, capping at 100% with 95 luck.
The exact formula is: $5 * c o p i e s + l u c k$

Hell's Eye was originally an unlock for Tarnished Cain, but was changed to be Tarnished Judas' unlock in order to balance out each character's unlocks.
Hell's Eye's appearance is similar to the Mockulus enemy's.
