Black Powder Key is a trinket from the Epiphany mod. It is unlocked by defeating Mother as 
Tarnished Cain.
Effects
While held, Black Powder Key keeps the 
Boss Rush door open even after the 20 minutes mark.
Trivia
- The original sprite resembled an actual black key, but was later changed with the new one as it was considered unoriginal.
- Before Wave 5.1, the item was called "Black Key".
