Treasure Room (Greed Mode Item Pool)

All of the items in this pool can be found in the gold Treasure Room in Greed Mode. They can also occasionally be found in the Greed Mode Shop.

Cardiac Arrest	"Sheer heart attack"	On use, fires a large heart projectile in any direction. Grants a temporary damage increase for each enemy hit by the projectile. Enemies hit drop half Red Hearts that quickly disappear Damages Isaac for half a heart on use.	(5 seconds)	1
Throwing Bag	"Weapon of the cold-blooded"	Causes Isaac to begin swinging a bag around him, which can be thrown in any direction. The thrown bag damages enemies and produces rocks around it on contact. Can bag item pedestals in order for the bag to obtain new synergies and properties.	(Varies)	1
Savage Chains	"Wallow in hate"	On use, restrains Isaac in place and renders them unable to move. While immobile, slowly increases the player's damage, tears, and shot speed stats. Using it again frees Isaac and removes the increased stats.	(2 seconds)	1

Zip Bombs	"Crepitus recurrere est"	+5 bombs Bombs placed respawn after exploding and explode an additional time, up to 3 times for a total of 4 explosions.	1
Woolen Cap	"Counting sheep"	Spawns a friendly Sheep when entering a new floor or sleeping in a bed. Sheep wander around the room and attract enemies, eventually dying and inflicting slow onto enemies.	1
