Turnover is an active item from Epiphany mod. This item is Tarnished Keeper's starting item, but it can be unlocked by obtaining all of the character's Completion Marks.

Effects

When used, Turnover opens up a shop in the room it's used in or upgrades an already existing shop, spawning several items on sale for their default shop price. Opening the shop requires an amount of pennies depending on the room and the current shop's level, and upgrading it will add additional things for sale, up to a maximum of three upgrades (with some exceptions, refer to the table below). Rooms with specific item pools like Boss Rooms, Treasure Rooms, Planetariums and so on, will sell pedestal items right from the first opening.
As for regular shops, Turnover's items have a chance to appear discounted.

Notes

• Turnover can't be used in an uncompleted room, and the opening price will be shown as X in that situation.
• If used in Depths 2's starting room, Turnover will always spawn a Fool card to replace the tinted skull Fool drop, which Tarnished Keeper is unable to pick up.
• Items on sale in a Devil Room, like for Keeper and Tainted Keeper, will cost 15c per each heart they would cost normally.
