Bleeding Heart
Bleeding Heart is an active quest item from the Epiphany mod. This item can't be found normally, and it's obtainable only during the process of unlocking 
Tarnished Magdalene since Wave 4.
Effect
Bleeding Heart can be obtained by using Tainted Maggy's pocket 
Yum Heart in Floor 1's Sacrifice room, and it will permanently replace it for the remainder of the run. Upon use, Bleeding Heart heals two full hearts of health as Yum Heart, but it passively lowers the Tears stat by a large amount, forcing 
Tainted Maggy to almost exclusively rely on her hugging attack. Passively, Bleeding Heart gives a huge (but quickly decaying) Tears stat buff when Tainted Maggy gets hit.
If Tainted Maggy defeats Mom's Heart or It Lives while holding Bleeding Heart, Tarnished Maggy will be unlocked.
