Lil Guppy is a passive item from the Epiphany mod. It is unlocked by defeating The Beast as Tarnished Lost.

Effects

• Spawns a Guppy familiar that walks around the room, trying to avoid the player and blocking projectiles.
• Gives a Tears Up bonus depending on how far from the player the familiar is, as well as how many enemies are close to it.
• Dies after taking too much damage, giving a a 0.66 Tears Up bonus for the duration of the floor.
• Respawns on the next floor.

Trivia

• There's a 1/64 (1.5625%) chance for Lil Guppy to meow when idle.
• There's a 1/150 (0.67%) chance for Lil Guppy to have the appearance of CatNap, antagonist of the third chapter of the indie horror game Poppy Playtime.
  • The familiar will keep this appearance for the entire run.
• The fact that Lil Guppy is in the Crane Game item pool might be a reference to its nature as a plush, a typical prize of real crane games.
