The Old Knife is a passive item from Epiphany mod. It is unlocked by defeating
Delirium as 
Tarnished Judas.
Effects
The Old Knife follows the player as a familiar, and can be fired in the same way as the knife used to open Mom's Heart's door in Mausoleum 2. When hitting an enemy, the knife deals damage and sticks onto the enemy for 3 seconds, making the enemy take bleed damage and generating an aura around it, which gives the player +1.5 damage as long as the knife is stuck in the enemy.
