Broken Orb
The Broken Orb is active quest item from the Epiphany mod. This item can't be found normally, and is obtainable only during the process of unlocking 
Tarnished Lost.
Effect
Broken Orb can be found in the first floor's starting room after defeating the boss. This only happens if the player is using 
Tainted Lost and dropped their Holy Card in the starting room.
Broken Orb becomes your pocket active on pickup. On use, Broken Orb turns all item pedestals in the room into 
Mantle Shards, consumables that can't be used normally but grant the character a 
Holy Mantle effect when picked up. This will also passively guarantee a Bedroom to appear on every floor. As a downside, after defeating the boss' floor the character will be forced to immediately fight a second boss from those fought in the following chapter.
If the player collects 6 Mantle Shards during Tarnished Lost's unlocking procedure and enters a Bedroom, a beam of light will be present at the center of the room, which will take the player to Home, although with a different music: the living room will be accessible but not the corridor leading to Mom's room. A staircase will be present on the living room's top right corner which will lead to the house's attic, where Tarnished Lost will be found. Touching it will unlock it and play the ending cutscene.

- Broken Orb's sprite represents a broken
Sacred Orb, which in turn (as shown by the final cutscene) serves as a base for Tarnished Lost's pocket item, 
Divine Remnants. - If the player forgets to pick up Broken Orb on the first floor's starting room, it will spawn on the second floor's starting room.
