Mom's Hug is an active item from Epiphany mod. It is unlocked by clearing the challenge Sweet Tooth.
Effects
Mom's Hug has a recharge time of 5 seconds and, when used, it allows the player to "grab" an enemy and, by holding a shooting button, spin it around with increasing speed. Grabbing an enemy deals it twice the player's damage per second, and releasing the button will throw it:
- If the enemy hits a wall, it takes 40 damage scaling with its launch speed
- If the enemy hits other enemies, it takes no damage but the other enemies do
Enemies killed by Mom's Hug will drop temporary red hearts.
Trivia
- Before Wave 4, Mom's Hug was previously unlocked by defeating Mother as
Tarnished Magdalene.
